Welcome to the unique scarf ring.com Boutique. 

 

By entering our website, you agree to these terms and conditions (the "Terms").

Scarfring.com Boutique is an online only business established to service a discerning customer base for the purpose of sale of accessories and other Items ("Items").  
It is a division of Liberatti, a New Zealand registered company.

We have taken great care and effort to ensure that the Items on our website look exactly as they do in real life. However, color clarity will depend upon your own monitor and Scarf ring.com therefore cannot guarantee that the color of the item purchased is absolutely accurate.

Please read through these Terms before placing your order on our website   By using this site you agree to comply with these Terms.

We may not accept your order if:

- we identify a pricing error
- you request that your first purchase be sent to an address other than that registered to your credit card
   (subsequent purchases can go to another address)
- we are unable to obtain authorization for your payment
- an item is out of stock

We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time and at our sole discretion.
We will try to keep our Website as up to date as possible, but cannot guarantee that any particular Item will always be available.

If we can't supply any Item, we will release the funds being held to your account immediately.

We accept PayPal, MasterCard, Visa and Amex.  Just enter your credit card details during the simple Shopping Checkout process and your credit card will be charged to the value of your purchase in the currency you have selected. (subject to authorisation).

* Before you purchase, please visit the ‘Product ‘Details’ panel in the shopping cart for information on whether your selection is “INSTOCK” or “MADE TO  ORDER”.  


Who pays for customs and duties?

Scarf ring.com  sells all products on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis. Any customs duties due in the country of destination are the responsibility of you, the purchaser.

This means that you will be charged at checkout for the item(s) purchased and shipping cost only.
Import duty and tax costs will be invoiced to you directly by UPS/ DHL or Aramex upon delivery, or by an import broker appointed by you.

Please bear in mind that there is no import tax if you are a customer residing in GCC Countries (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia).

We ship with Aramex to the UAE & Middle East and UPS & DHL worldwide.

 How Do I Pay the Customs Duties?

 The courier company will require a signature from you upon delivery and will also ask that you to pay the duty cost
at the time of delivery.
This is usually in cash. The courier companies do not release the goods until the duty is paid.

 
Can I pay for my purchase in another currency? 

 
Scarf ring.com accepts: Euros, Great Britain Pounds, American dollars, Australian dollars and New Zealand Dollars. 
Shipment will be made once funds are cleared, so please bear in mind that it can take 1- 4 days for funds to appear in our account.


 How is the website secured for ecommerce?

Scarf ring.com  is a secure website protected by a current SSL certificate . This Secure Socket Layer affords industry standard encryption.
Payment gateways such as PayPal and major credit cards are linked to this site and every precaution has been taken to provide a secure environment.


 What is the Scarf ring.com Pricing Policy?

Product prices are set at the beginning of each season using existing currency exchange rates.
These prices are subject to change when and if the applicable currency exchange rate changes before your order is accepted.


 
Can you send my order as a gift to an address other than my own?

Yes,  but only if you have already purchased from us.
You see for security reasons the first purchase must be delivered to the same address of the card holder.
Any subsequent purchases can certainly be sent as gifts to an address other than your own.

I am sorry for any inconvenience but this policy ensures the viability of our business. 

In summary.. First-time orders can only be shipped to the cardholder's billing address

Are there any hidden charges for postage, packaging or VAT? 

No, all
Scarf ring.com costs are included in the purchase, with the exception of customs or duties which are payable by the purchaser
upon taking receipt of your goodies.




Returns, Refunds, Service & Delivery


  What is the ‘RETURNS AND REFUND’ Policy ?

At
Scarf ring.com , Customer Satisfaction is our foremost aim. Therefore we handle each query personally on an individual basis,
to the best of our ability with clarity and transparency.

 

What is the ‘RETURNS AND REFUND’ Process ?

Perhaps you have received your Liberatti goods, and now wish to Return or Exchange them.  

Please read the Conditions for Refunds and Exchanges carefully. Note: shipping costs are not included in the refund.  


Just a few simple steps...

1. Request a GRN or EXN Number  - within 72 hours of receiving your goods (recommended).

All returns or exchange requests must be accompanied by a Goods Return Number (GRN) or an Exchange Number (EXN) depending on whether you wish to return or exchange your purchase.

*** When you email, please explain what you purchased and why you wish to return the product for a refund or exchange.
 


Please ensure your actual purchase is returned to
Scarfring.com within 14 days,  to be eligible for a refund. Thank you.

If you wish to exchange, also clearly state which item you now wish to buy instead.
We will first confirm that it is in stock and will credit the original purchase cost against the new item.


2. We receive your request,
and respond within 72 hours, emailing you the Goods Return Number (GRN) or Exchange Number (EXN).


3. You receive the GRN or EXN number from
Scarf ring.com.

Print this off, and package it with your goods in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

4. Send back to
Scarf ring.com , with your explanation, within 14 days.

Note: We include a Return address card with every purchase.

Please note:  The timeframe to return goods to Scarf ring.com is 14 days in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange.


5. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.

Unfortunately return shipping charges are non-refundable as this helps to keep our overall shipping expenses to a minimum.


6. Scarf ring.com receives your item and processes the the replacement goods, exchange or refund.



Can you arrange to have my order sent as a gift?


Yes but only if you have already purchased from us. You see for security reasons the first purchase must be delivered to the same address of the

Any subsequent purchases can certainly be sent as gifts. I am sorry for any inconvenience but this policy ensures the viability of our business.

All items are sent without a receipt, as this information is emailed to the purchaser instead.

: Our gorgeous signature blue and white packaging will be supplemented with colorful ribbons and carefully packed for dispatch.

Condition of Goods & Crediting Refunds

It is our policy that all items are quality inspected carefully before they leave the Liberatti studio.

In order to return goods and receive a refund or exchange, the item(s) must be NEW and UNUSED, in perfect condition, and in the original packaging. 

Please take care with silver and gold jewelry, and scarves as any scratches or marks will be construed as ‘USED’.

 Crediting Funds for Returns

Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card.

We can only transact the refund, or send another item as an exchange, once the goods have been returned to Scarf ring.com , and quality inspected. Goods must be returned within 14 days of receiving them to be eligible for a refund or exchange. No exceptions.

All customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable however, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise. Shipping costs are also non-refundable except for faulty goods.

Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time.

This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.


Please Note:

 • We do not refund your return freight costs

• We will only accept goods returned with prior email notification
 
• We cannot accept any goods that have been scratched or worn, resized, engraved, altered or damaged

• We only accept items returned if they are within their original packaging

• There is no return or exchange for sale items

  We strongly advise all customers to check goods thoroughly upon delivery. In cases of damaged goods, the item will be returned to the purchaser.

 
 
Late Returns

Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the goods. Late returns are accepted at the sole discretion of Scarf ring.com and may only be refunded as a store credit. Please note, store credit is valid for three months from issue date.

What Refunds do not Include

Please note that original shipping costs, (and return shipping costs), any Customs Duties and Taxes are non refundable. Therefore please choose your items carefully.

Shipping costs will be met however in the event of faulty goods.

All items of jewellery, scarves and bags are inspected for quality of craftsmanship before sending to you.
In the unlikely event that an item is faulty, please follow the same procedure as for returns as
set out in the returns section. Refunds for faulty goods will also include shipping costs.

Product Accuracy – Colors

 

What Product Variance should I expect?

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the Scarf ring.com website.

However, as computers are calibrated differently and colours onscreen may vary from the actual item. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.

Pattern variations in natural materials.
Natural stone materials may have variations in patterns and colors. This is part of the natural beauty of the materials and shall not be considered a defect.

Please note that we cannot offer stone matching services, you will receive the item as displayed so please select carefully.

Silver and Gold: Patina or tarnish of metals - This is a natural effect of exposure of sterling silver and gold to the air and can be easily cleaned using jewelry cleaner, polishing cloths, or weak acids such as diluted vinegar.

hat is your Privacy Policy?

Scarf ring.com  collects personal information in several ways when you place an order, buy for a friend
or register for a service offered by Scarf ring.com .

If an order is placed with us, we need to hold personal information including your name, email address,
phone numbers, home address, shipping and credit card billing address(es) so that we can process
and fulfil your order.

Saved card details will never be shared with third parties and will only be used to process your order,
using our payment partner's systems. Additionally we may also obtain information as a result of
authentication or identity checks.

We ring all first time orders therefore we may ask for your telephone number.
This number may be given to our courier for delivery services.

These details allow us to process your order and to let you know the status of your order.
