Which courier companies do you use?

We ship with Aramex to the UAE & Middle East and use either UPS or DHL worldwide.

All deliveries must be made to a street address. We cannot deliver to a Post Office box.
 

What are the global shipping costs for Scarves, Scarf Rings and Jewellery?

We currently ship to 7 main areas globally. 

 
Scarves, Scarf Rings and Jewellery a re shipped via Aramex at a FIXED RATE of £ 22 each.

What are the global shipping costs for Hand Bags and Clutch Bags?     As ABOVE **

Hand Bags and Clutch Bags a re shipped via Aramex at a FIXED RATE of between £ 17 - 55 each. 
This depends on your destination.

Is my item IN STOCK or MADE TO ORDER?

Many items are in stock such as scarves, fur collars, some scarf rings and some jewelry. However as a genuine artisan business we offer a fast and efficient MADE TO ORDER service, ensuring quality and individualty for every piece.

Scarf rings can be personally monogrammed ~ a personalised gift to treasure for years. 


MADE TO ORDER ~ How long will it take to make my order?

Liberatti is an online boutique specializing in authentic, hand made ‘artisan made’ accessories.

Many times we have small numbers of stock, or we can MAKE TO ORDER  within 10 days, except for handbags.     

** All handbags and clutch bags take 4 weeks from the time of payment.

How long will it take to Receive my Purchase?

Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours on clearance of funds, where the item is in stock.

However this simply isn’t possible where the item is MADE TO ORDER.  Please review the 'Making' times in the table directly above.



When do You Deliver?

Scarfring.com will dispatch your order within 24 hours of receiving payment, when the item is in stock.
Estimated delivery times are in the table directly above, and can be used as a guide only from the date of dispatch.
Liberatti cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

DHL Express orders: 9am-5pm, Sunday to Thursday (Friday)   check

SIGNING FOR PARCELS:  Parcels will need to be signed for in person so please state delivery address as an address where you will be present at the time of delivery (home or work).
In the event that no-one is available to receive a Special Delivery item a card will be left by DHL providing you with the option to have the item delivered at a later date or to collect your parcel from your local collection depot.

 INSURANCE.  Is it covered in transit?

• We insure all packages in transit from Liberatti to the delivery address against theft and accidental damage. Once the package has been signed for, it is no longer insured by Scarfring.com.
  
•  A signature is required upon the receipt of the shipment, from this time the item is not insured. 

PACKAGING. How are items & Gifts packaged?

Smaller jewelry items (scarf rings, necklaces, are packed inside our signature envelopes, surrounded by bubble wrap and popped into a courier bag.
